The Culture Of Abundance In Dating
Let’s take a situation and examine it from both sides: a guy goes out to a club with his friends. While he’s dancing with his friends, he notices a girl in the corner that he really likes. This guy doesn’t know how to deal with the situation, he’s embarrassed, he hesitates, he’s uncomfortable and even a little stressed. Finally after many inner considerations and a quick consultation with his friends, he makes the decision to approach her. Even considering that he has approached her like an absolute chump, it might be that the girl was in a good mood and gave him her number. This guy goes home, and all that he can think about is that he got a phone number from a hot girl. He already can imagine how she will behave in bed, how the dates with her would look like, how they complete each other, how their vacation in Fiji is going to look like, etc.
From the other side, a girl came to a club with her friends. While she was dancing on the dance-floor, she got approached by dozens of horny and pathetic men, which tried to hit on her. Some of these men were scared away by her friends, some of them she rejected herself, but she gave away her number to no less than 5 men (yes, it is defiantly a realistic amount). I doubt that she even saved their phone numbers, so she doesn’t really has a clue who they are. When this girl returns home, she knows that if she wants, she can have at least 2-3 dates this week, so she can lie down and relax. If she goes out with a man and he screws up on the date, she knows that she can return home anytime, and call the next guy. The girl has a full control of the situation. Sitting in front of her is Mr. Average-Frustrated-Chump, wearing his best outfit, sweating like crazy, gives her a flower, trying to find common topics of conversation and to impress her, so the “one and only girl” that is sitting in front of him, won’t go away. Maybe the date went ok and maybe the chump even managed to get a kiss. The Chump goes home, and sends the girl a message: “I had a great time, you are a real sweetheart!” the girl is going to shower and takes a huge crap (not in this particular order) while the chump is going crazy trying to figure out why she didn’t return him a message: “oh my god! What’s going to happen? I think she is the one!”
The situation I’ve described here is not fictional, and actually happened to most the men in modern society (except naturals of course). You know what is amazing about all this? That there is a way, to turn around the whole situation! What would it be like for you, to know that there is a way, you can turn the situation all around? Imagine how this chump would have felt, if he had 4-5 girls simultaneously waiting in line to go on a date with him? Suddenly, something amazing is going to happen: he won’t take shit from the girl; he will comment her smoking and tell her to put the cigarette down, tell her to pay for the meal, and won’t be looking for any common interests with her to discuss.
It’s simple, and very realistic to achieve this mental state of mind, the power is in our thoughts. The man in his nature is the controlling creature, you know what they say: “Fake It Till You Make It!”. If we as men will change our way of thinking and start thinking (even over-exaggerate at the beginning) that we are:
1) A Rock Star
2) Every single girl want to have sex with me
3) I’m a Sex Symbol
4) I can get every girl I want
5) I’m Brad Pit
The situation can turn itself around to 180 degrees. It takes some work and effort, and it’s absolutely possible, and you know what’s really amazing? That after some effort, ego pumping, goals setting and a little bit of writing in your notebook, it just works! J
What does this article has to do with me? Recently I started dating an amazing girl, an absolute 10 on a scale from 1 to 10. she looks exactly the way I love, she’s smart, funny, cute, sexy, she don’t smoke, everything is just perfect! Four years ago, if I would go out with a girl like this, I would probably go crazy for every unanswered call, on when to call her, on what to do on a date with her, etc. and you know what’s really amazing?
