I'd go with Style : 9600 if you want the dress to look like it does on the picture on you. The slips with the hoops will make your dress poof out. So if you like the southern belle look, then go for the hoops, but I believe the style I mentioned earlier would be best for that dress.
I'd also make sure you've done your homework on those wedding website since you're purchasing it all online. Are those sites reputable?? With something as important (and expensive) as your wedding, you want to be sure you use a reputable vendor.
