Is it illegal to rent a tuxedo for an infant in NY?
I was told by a retailer that it is a health violation to rent a tuxedo to an infant in New York. I believe that it is because they can have accidents and wear diapers. I was told that it is unsanitary to then give the tux to another child. Can someone please tell me if this is true and/or where to find this information?
