I had my breasts done 7 months ago and I'm so happy I did it. It's your own personal decision so don't let me or anyone else convince you to do it or not to but for me it was definitely worth all the money and pain. The pain honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Lasted about 7 days for me but it was positional (meaning it only hurt when I moved) and I was on percocet for the first 3 days. If you decide to do the surgery, request percocet. You shouldn't waste time on pain medications that aren't strong enough. I went off the pain meds on day 4 so that was my worst day but it still wasn't that bad...again, it's positional. Just make sure you have your mama or someone to take care of you and definitely don't plan on doing anything but resting and watching movies.
I've never really heard of anyone who regretted getting implants but again, it's your choice. I wouldn't reccomend getting them strictly for confidence reasons, but I definitely feel so much better in all my clothes and shopping is so much fun!
I got saline because I was 21 when I had them done and in most states you have to be 22 to get silicone.
My advice would be to get an experienced surgeon and pay more. The expensive surgeons normally do the best work. And make sure you see pictures of their previous work. Also request percocet as I said before and also request 2 valiums for the night before and day of surgery, this will keep you relaxed and sleepy so you won't get nervous and stress. And don't let anyone talk you out of it if you want to do it, do it. My biggest regret was putting off my surgery because of all the people who told me not to do it.
