It is a heart shaped pendant that can be like sperated in half so that two people could wear each sides
they sell those down here in Ohio, is it like 2 pendents, and each is 1/2 of a heart and when put 2 gether it makes a heart, they also have some that u can twist together and put a picture ofeach other in.
