i have a victorian coin [silver 3d piece ] 1897 the queens head is upside down could this be a fake ?
What do you mean her head is upside down? If you put her head so it is up right you should be able to turn the coin from left to right and the back is also the right way. There are 2 types of coin rotation, one is called coin like the U.S. coins that is, you turn the coin from left to right and the back is upside down. Medal rotation is the other and if you turn the coin from left to right the back is right side up like the front. Great Britain uses most of the time the medal rotation. Hope this helps and this is what you are asking.
