The best type of shawl to choose is one which is made from 100% pure silk, as not only will the quality be in keeping with the occasion, but the great insulating properties of the fabric will ensure that you do not get cold on your way to and from the performance. It is also better to choose a handmade silk shawl, firstly because the better quality will show, and secondly because these silk shawls incorporate totally unique designs, and the last thing you want is to turn up in a department store silk shawl which looks identical to someone else's.
Although you might have to pay slightly more for a hand dyed shawl, the investment is well worth it in terms of making the right impression. ok 1st off your good looking, and no offence but judging by your friends your not shallow either. dont take beauty tips from this website, i have a 6 pack and im so tired of girls only going after me for looks its flattering at first but gets old fast. to me and ANY other guy worth your time, personality will make or break you. so just dont worry about making yourself stunning or be the person everyone looks at when they walk into a room, how you look now is good to get a guy whos not shallow and worth your time. by worrying about trying to look prettier your destroying your personality even more by caring, this whole question supports you destroying your personality more. my motto is do what you want, as long as you look decent (clean hair etc, smell good, etc) the rest is up to the personality and the shallowness of the person. if they dont want you, theyre not worth your time.
