Here are some more information for Style Belgian:

Belgian Ringsport is a dog sport that the Belgian people have been practising for over a century. Following the introduction of the Belgian Malinois into urban society as a working police dog, breeders began to take interest in displaying the capabilities of their dogs. One breeder in particular known as Edmond Moecheron is often credited as being the father of Belgian Ringsport. The display of skill and obedience put on by three of his Belgian Shepherds became a growing attraction that spread throughout Belgium, Holland, Germany and France. The exercises his dogs performed became the basis of the sport, and in 1908, the first Belgian Ringsport competition with clearly defined exercises and rules took place.
Today, the exercises still consist of tests of obedience, agility and bite-work, but the sport and competitions themselves are now organized and regulated by several different organizations. The oldest organization, and the first host a national ringsport championship, is the Kennel Club Belge, or KCB. Another organization known as the Koninklijke Maatschappij St-Hubertus, or KMSH, started another Belgian Ringsport competition known as the Grand Prix of Belgium in 1926. Finally, due to disputes regarding interpretation of the rules of the sport, several clubs from the KMSH split off to form their own organization known as the Nationaal Verbond van Belgische Kynologen, or NVBK, in 1963.
While competitions by the KCB and KMSH have been won on several occasions by Belgian Shepherd breeds such as the Groenendael, or Tervuren, NVBK titles have been won exclusively by Belgian Malinois since the start of the organization in the 60s. Of the three Belgian Shepherd breeds, the Belgian Malinois has proven itself to be the most capable. It is for this reason that the Belgian Malinois has become one of the most popular working breeds for use a guard dog, police dog, or personal protection dog. However, it is important to remember that the Belgian Malinois that participate in NVBK Belgian Ringsport competitions are being trained and bred for sport. Regardless of the breed, sporting dogs are unsuitable for work as a true protection dog. Only a Belgian Malinois that has been bred and trained for true protection in real situations will make a good personal protection dog.

Creating a Healthy Dinner - Mexican Style
Mexican food is a style of food that is bursting with flavour but is unfortunately usually loaded with calories and fat. With a little planning and creativity, however, you can have a delicious Mexican meal that is actually good for you.
Many Mexican meat dishes use pork or beef. Make a habit of substituting either lean beef or chicken as your meat. Main dishes such as fajitas, enchiladas, or tacos are very versatile and can use almost any type of lean meat, including seafood.
The next most prominent ingredient in any Mexican dish is cheese. Use low fat cheese instead or experiment with different kinds of cheese such as Swiss or Mozzarella. These two cheeses tend to be lower in fat and still taste great. If the recipe calls for cream cheese, simply use a low fat or non fat version. Another option is to slightly reduce the amount of cheese used in the dish. While cheese is a great source of protein, it also packs in quite a few calories and grams of fat.
Sour cream is a common ingredient found either in a dish or as a side topping. As a side dish, you could eliminate it altogether or use creative substitutions such as plain, non fat yogurt, avocado, or salsa. If it is needed in a recipe, try low fat or non fat.
Refried beans are a flavourful side but are typically made with lard and therefore extremely high in fat. You can buy non fat refried beans, which also have less calories and taste just as good. Another option is to serve black beans and add various spices and vegetables. Black beans are high in protein and low in fat.
Lettuce is an essential topper for your tacos. Rather than using traditional ice berg lettuce, which has virtually no nutrition, substitute a leafier green such as Romaine lettuce, Belgian endive, radicchio, arugula, or even spinach. You could always mix these other types of field greens in with iceberg lettuce for a great healthy combination.
Tortillas are perhaps the staple of Mexican dishes. Traditionally, they too have been made with lard. You can buy a plethora of different health-conscious tortillas at the super market including low fat and low carb. The best option is to get wholemeal tortillas. You can also find them with a variety of spices and seasonings added in. You could always make your own at home. All you need is wholemeal flour, oil, water, and salt. This could be a fun way to involve the whole family.
When sautéing vegetables or meats, use less oil and use a lighter version such as olive oil. Only sauté vegetables until they are crisp-tender so you preserve their nutrition.

Two friends and I are going to do a cross-country Brewery tour: where must we put on the list?
So, work might actually clear up in August here and two friends and I have been talking about a brewery tour across the country for years now. I think we're gonna do it. Where do we have to go?
(My two friend's like the Belgian style ales, while I like more hop than I can handle)
Right now the plan is to start at Stone in San Diego and finish at Samuel Adams in Boston. Just if that helps.
If you can head north before heading east, definitely check out Moylan's in Novato and Russian River in Santa Rosa. Denise Jones brews some amazing beers at Moylan's, and the Moylander and Hopsickle will be right upyour alley. Your friends' perference for Belgian styles will be amply indulged at Russian River. Vinnie Cilurzo is banging out some amazing Belgian-style brews, and you will find his Pliny The Elder on of the best uberhopped beers going.
Heading Eastward, I'd recommend Avery Brewing in Boulder, CO. Their entire lineup is outstanding, but their duganA and Maharajah will keep your hop jones in check.
Drop into Great Lakes Brewing in Cleveland. All of their beers are exceptional, but their Burning River, Commodore Perry, and Lake Erie Monster will provide sufficient hops.
Downingtown, PA, holds what I consider to be the best all-around brewery in America today - Victory Brewing Company. Suffice to say their lineup is deep enough that you and your friends could take a full two days to work through their beers. Ron Barchet is a magician in the brewhouse.
Before you head out from San Diego, check out O'Brien's out on Convoy, as Tom always keeps the tape lineup interesting, and there are tons of bottles to keep your friends happy.
A huge turnout for Craft Beer Expo in St. Petersburg
Craft Beer Expo at the St. Petersburg Coliseum produced long lines of beer lovers . Photo by Kristy Andersen. Any doubts about the growing interest in craft beer around Tampa Bay vanished Saturday with one look at the line snaking out the St. Petersburg Coliseum front doors at the start of the the third annual Craft Beer Expo. The huge crowd bodes well for the next big beer event in the area ...
