Next apply a liquid or pencil eye liner to shape the eyes and line the outer eye rim. Blend in gently. Last but not least brush on mascara to add volume and length to your lashes. Wipe any under eye smudges and voila! You have a smoky and romantic eye look that's just perfect for weddings.
Lip Stick and Gloss -
Take a lip pencil and line lips, fill in with lip color or gloss for kissable lips. Use peach and pink tones for fair skin. Darker rose and red for darker tones.

Barbara Walters hosts an ABC special during year-ends to recognize the most fascinating people of the year. This year, Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2007 will be an hour-long tribute to the individuals who have made their mark in history, in the year 2007. This year, Heigl grabbed the spotlight with her box office hit movie with Seth Rogan, Knocked Up, which also received critical acclaim. She also bagged the 2007 Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her portrayal of Dr. Izzie Stevens on Grey's Anatomy. Moreover, she is engaged to singer/songwriter Josh Kelley, whom she is to wed next month, right before Christmas.
Katherine Heigl has definitely caught everyone's attention with her outspoken nature. During the Isaiah issue, she liberally answered anyone's questions, placing her opinion in the forefront of her statements. I have a wedding in a couple of weeks and im wearing a light grey suit but dont know what shirt combination?
I still prefer the white shirt or a pale, pale grey and bring out the color in the tie. To me a black/grey tie is classy.
