Saute' sliced shallots in butter, and sprinkle a little white flour on top.
Add a bottle of Worcester sauce, cook off a minute or two.
Add cream, mustard, reduce a little and strain.
Add green peppercorns.
Sorry, except for the WHOLE bottle of Worcester sauce, he didn't give exact amounts.
